Hello, I’m Elena, and I’m a writer. If you’re here, hopefully you’ve stumbled across something I wrote and liked it, leading you down the rabbit hole to the inside of my brain, where story elements swirl and mix and tumble about like semi-precious stones in a polishing machine. I really wanted one of those as a kid, never got one.
Some of the projects on my plate right now are a post-apocalyptic romance series, the barest beginnings of the tale of a secret BDSM affair between coworkers, the faint shining light of an idea about a magical realism story involving a woman learning the language of birds, and, finally, some half-baked notion of a rock-star romance where the band breaks up partway through so the romantic leads can form an acoustic songwriting duo and be lovey-dovey-happy playing tiny venues together instead of stadiums.
(Run-on sentence much? Oh, well.)
